File upload for developer

Upload files for theme or module developing, Specially in uploading images referenced in css that instead of ftp uploading. You can rename, replace and delete files in the manage page.

Upcoming feature:

1. Unmanaged file support and directory scan.
2. Managed file and unmanaged file interconversion。
3. Show Relative path to particular css file.
4. Orphan files report

Notice

Only images are allowed to upload in Dev version. Do not use this module and system_stream_wrapper module at the same time, They have the same stream wrappers declaration which will collide with each other. The reason I do not change the steam wrapper name is that waiting the writable stream wrappers in system_stream_wrapper module
