text (english) Elderly users may have a physical disability (arthritis, tremors, etc.) that directly or indirectly affects the upper limbs movement. It may prevent them from effectively using the human-computer interaction devices, of which mouse and keyboard are the most common ones. Actually, even without a severe disability elderly users are likely to have lower dexterity when operating such devices: compared to younger adults they need longer time to make movements, their movements are more variable, etc.
