Provides "Theme" option inside "Advanced" column in Views UI. This option was in Drupal 7 and not ported and removed #2049209: Remove 'Theming information' feature from Views in favor of twig_debug (#2362413: Where to find "Theme information" - template suggestions in Views UI).
Fixes twigs problem with displaying view's theme suggestions.
