Integrate SMS Framework basic capabilities with the Rules module, mainly by two actions:

  • Send an SMS - send a message to a comma-separated list of phone numbers
  • Send an SMS to user - send a message to a comma-separated list of user ids (using the sms_user optional module)

    • In the future it would be possible to integrate events using the SMS Framework income features.

    The idea was here from long time ago, and discussed recently in #773504: Using SMS Framework to send out SMS from CCK Phone field
