This is a ticket-based project management system for freelancers and small development teams, based heavily on OG, Spaces and the Comment Driven module.
- I have included OG as "Projects" so that you can assign different workers and clients to different jobs.
- Notifications at the group level are included
- Some CSS changes
- Created an optional "Release" content type for organizing groups of tickets

While this is designed for managing website projects in particular, it is flexible enough to be used for any type of project. Also, because it is a Feature, you can easily modify the basics to customize it in any way you need.
