While working on the new content translation system for Drupal 7, we (the Drupal core i18n team) faced the need to convert node titles to the Field API in order to make nodes fully translatable.

Because this module use JavaScript to highlight keywords on client side, it can be used to improve the performance of Apachesolr by turning off server side highlighting.
Similar Entries provides lists of links to site content related to the current node being viewed. Links can be displayed in standard blocks or as part of custom views. Similar content is located and rated using MySQL's FULLTEXT indexing for MyISAM tables. FULLTEXT is a special query that helps find relevant content in other nodes using a natural language search that interprets the search string as a phrase in natural human language.
Taxonomy Theme allows you to change the theme of a given node based on the taxonomy term or vocabulary.
Taxonomy Theme 5.x has not beeen ported to Drupal 6.x, as such. For Drupal 6.x ThemeKey offers a much better approach to switching themes using theme switching rules.
Taxonomy Theme 6.x now depends on ThemeKey UI (which is part of ThemeKey) and uses ThemeKey as a back-end to do all the magic. Taxonomy Theme, itself, now simply provides the front-end.
A full-featured media management system for drupal. This makes it so you can easily manage your photos and videos with drupal. Acidfree albums and media items are drupal nodes to integrate better into your system. It offers themeable drawing routines for albums and each media type so it can fit in better with the rest of your website. Items can be added individually (the drupal node-centric method) and also via a mass-import page that allows server-side directories of media to be imported or zipped, bzipped or gzipped archives to be uploaded and imported.
Invisimail provides a content filter to hide email addresses from spam-bots. Email addresses are converted to ascii code and optionally written to the page using a concatenated JavaScript "write" command. The email addresses will appear on the page normally, but their html source will be obscured so as not to appear as an email address to email harvesting robots. Invisimail also provides an option to automatically create mailto links for email addresses.
Allows users to attach files to comments. Multiple attachments per comment are supported, and comment uploads can be enabled and disabled on a per-nodetype basis.
