Allows users to annotate content in Drupal.

Annotation entity was provided by this module for Drupal 7.
This module only provides storage for annotations and currently only one lib (Annotator) was supported. So to make annotation, please install Annotator module.

Allows you to add other site users to your buddy list, organize these into groups, and monitor their content. It is a basic building block for anyone wishing to make a social networking site in Drupal. The 4.7 version is much more feature-rich than the 4.6 version. Allows integration with other modules, such as Invite, to do things like add invited members to buddylists automatically. The word "buddy" can now be changed altogether by editing the translations array at the top of the buddylist.module file.

This is a simple chat module that allows your site's visitors to chat in an HTML/Javascript pop-up window. Registered users can invite other users to join the chat. No additional software is required. If you are using Drupal 4.7 or higher, consider using the more advanced Chat Room module instead of Chat Box.

The Profile module provides configurable user profiles.

Why use profiles instead of user account fields?

Smileys is a text filter that substitutes ASCII smileys/smilies/emoticons with images.

This is a simple smiley-filter that allows the easy use of graphical smileys (or 'emoticons') on a Drupal site. It comes with a set of example smileys. An unlimited amount of custom smileys can be setup as well.

This module allows you to create arbitrary Workflows, and assign them to Entities.

Workflows are made up of workflow states. Transitions between states can be allowed per role. For example, a workflow with the states Draft, Review, and Published could be assigned to the Story node type. Only users with role 'chief editor' can set Stories to the published state.
You can set up the Workflow to alter states from form, page, comment, a special block, and a special workflow tab.
Additionally, the submodule Workflow Access allows you to manage view/edit/delete permissions for content types per User role and Workflow state.

Guestbook module provides a site guestbook and individual user guestbooks. Guestbook owners can delete and comment the guestbook entries. Avatars are shown if they are available.

The Shoutbox module provides a block or a page, where visitors can quickly post short messages.

This module allows site owners to issue affiliate links to their partners. When an affiliate is logged in and viewing a node, they will see the option to "display the affiliate link" towards the bottom. When anonymous users follow these links, provided they have been granted the proper permissions, the clicks are counted by affiliate, day, and referrer. When referred users sign up for an account, and if your site uses the referral module, the referred account is associated with that affiliate.

FOAF module enables the following:
1. automatically import/synchronize profile information between any Drupal-powered sites
2. import profile information from external FOAF files
3. export a FOAF file based on a user's profile
