AntiSpam module is the successor of the Akismet module, and it provides spam protection for your Drupal site using the Akismet anti-spam service.
The AntiSpam module is fully compatible with Drupal 7.x.
Spambot protects the user registration form from spammers and spambots by verifying registration attempts against the Stop Forum Spam (www.stopforumspam.com) online database. It also adds some useful features to help deal with spam accounts.
This module works well for sites which require user registration before posting is allowed (which is most forums).
GoAway is a dirt-simple, light-weight "Ban By IP" module. It works by redirecting offending anonymous users to a local page or remote URL specified by the admin.
This email obfuscation module works similar to the technique described at the list apart article http://www.alistapart.com/articles/gracefulemailobfuscation/. It uses an input filter to "hide" email addresses, then uses javascript to "unhide" them for normal users. You can use this module anywhere you can use input filters (node body, CCK text fields, etc). This module also implements the core contact module for non-javascript browsers in order to keep clickable email links.
Uniqueness module provides a way to avoid duplicate content on your site by informing a user about similar or related content during creation of a new post. A UI widget is added to the node/add form that does asynchronous searches on inputted fields (like the node title or vocabularies) and returns the titles of similar content.
Country Ban can be used to set entire countries to "read only" or to ban their access completely. Setting a country to "read only" disables all account access for that region, automatically logging out any user which resides there and preventing new accounts from being generated. Websites set to 'read only' will still be able to be viewed anonymously. The website admin may also set a "complete ban", which will block the website entirely for all users of the configured region.
Advanced Comment Trigger provides a new trigger category allowing automatic unpublishing of comments based on more fine-grained criteria than the default "new comment added" trigger. Currently, this module can unpublish comments based on the number of hyperlinks in them. It can also exempt this restriction for certain user roles or comments on certain content types. For example, all site admins could be allowed to post comments with hyperlinks without restriction, or all comments on forum topics could be allowed.
fail2ban is an automated firewall tool and this module provides some recipes that allow you to easily firewall spammers or people who otherwise abuse your Drupal site.
The Drupal part of this module requires the core syslog module to be enabled and provides you a with few more options for the syslog settings.
Hidden CAPTCHA is an extension to the CAPTCHA module. It offers a hidden CAPTCHA (duh!)
The idea is very simple: If you offer an input box in any form, 99% of the time, robots will fill it with something before posting the form. If you offer an input box that has to stay empty, then the CAPTCHA system will prevent posts by robots.
Invaded by spammers? The Ban and Unpublish module makes it easier to clean up after registered spammers and other problem users by implementing a bulk operation. It finds and unpublishes their damage globally.
